Refund Policy

You can return your order within 90 days of receiving it and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within five business days of receiving the returned goods.

Returning an order is easy — just follow these three steps:

Step 1: Download and complete the return form

Download the return form and shipping label and fill them out carefully.

Step 2: Submit your return

Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address provided on the form.
Make sure the package contains a tracking code (Track & Trace) .
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment — we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Accept the refund

Once we receive your returned goods, we will arrange for the refund to be made to your bank account within five business days .
