If you have not received your order within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Question: Some items from my order are missing — why?
Answer: Because we work with multiple suppliers, it is possible that items from your order are shipped separately.

If part of your order is missing, the remaining items will usually arrive within 2-3 days.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: Shipping is completely free.
We cover all delivery costs — with no minimum order value.

Return and exchange of goods

Question: I'm not happy with my order — can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Question: How can I return an item?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and without signs of use.

Question: What are the costs of returning goods?
Answer: The customer pays the costs of returning the goods.

All returned shipments must include a tracking code (Track & Trace), as the sender is responsible for the shipment.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Question: Where can I find my tracking code (Track & Trace)?
Answer: You can find it on our Track Order Status – EvaMila page, where you just need to enter your email address and order number.

Question: My tracking code (Track & Trace) is not showing any information — why?
Answer: Tracking information will be displayed once the package has been scanned by the courier.
Please note that there may be a short delay between submission and the first tracking information being displayed.
